The Labour group on Southampton City Council have selected Richard Williams as their group leader following June Bridles ousting at the recent local elections.
Labour in Southampton are going from one mistake to the other, firstly they team up with the Lib Dems, then they both attempt to charge residents for parking outside their own homes, they then put all their resources into saving Cllr Bridles set which cost them dearly throughout the city and now they elect Richard Williams as their group leader.
Cllr Richard Williams only just kept his seat on May 1st 2008 and now has the poisoned chalice which is the Labour leadership.
The Liberal Party Southampton will soon be making it none to Labour Cllrs in Southampton that they do have a home in The Official Liberal Party and we will soon make our return onto our city council.
