The time has never been better for The Liberal Party to re-launch and re-focus in Southampton following the collapse of The Lib Dems on Thursday night.
They lost their leader on the council Adrian Vinson along with long-serving Swaythling cllr Ann Milton.
Only a few years ago The Lib Dems were running Southampton city council and now they have 8 cllrs.
The Liberal Party had 3 cllr until 2003 and will be looking to take advantage of the current situation in Southampton and once again have a true liberal representation on the council.
