It is with great pleasure that The Liberal Party Southampton welcomes former UKIP Southampton Vice Chairman Ryan Newell.
Ryan is a known local campaigner and will be helping the party build its profile locally and fighting all local elections building up to the next locals for Southampton in 2010.
